AUV Military Roleplay
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the AUV Personnel Portal at https://auvmilrp.com. By verifying your Roblox account and using the archive, you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the portal.
1. What this service is
The portal is a private archive of AUV Military Roleplay documents — training material and command doctrine — made available to personnel whose rank has been confirmed with Roblox. It is an internal tool for a Roblox roleplay group. It is not a commercial service, nothing is sold through it, and it holds no real-world military information of any kind.
2. Who may use it
You may use the portal if you hold a Roblox account in good standing and are a member of [AUV] Training & Education Command at a rank AUV has cleared for the material in question. Verifying successfully does not by itself entitle you to see anything; clearance is decided by your rank, and a member below the threshold will see an empty archive.
You must use your own Roblox account. Signing in on behalf of someone else, sharing your session, or letting another person read documents through your access is a breach of these terms.
3. The documents
Everything in the archive belongs to AUV Military Roleplay and is provided to you for your own use as a member. You may read it and use it in the course of your duties within AUV. You may not:
- copy, republish, re-host, or forward any document, in whole or in part, to anyone outside AUV or to any member not cleared for it;
- post screenshots or transcriptions of restricted material publicly;
- use the material for any purpose outside AUV.
Every document you open is recorded against your name. That record is how AUV establishes where a leak came from.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to reach documents you are not cleared for, by any means — guessing addresses, altering requests, tampering with cookies or page content, or otherwise;
- probe, scan, or test the security of the portal, or interfere with its operation or availability;
- automate access, scrape the archive, or place unreasonable load on the service or on Roblox’s systems through it;
- impersonate another member, or misrepresent your rank or authority.
If you find a security flaw, report it to AUV command rather than exploiting or publicising it. Reports made in good faith will be treated as help, not as an offence.
5. Access is at AUV’s discretion
Access follows rank, and rank is AUV’s to grant and to remove. A promotion opens the archive automatically; a demotion or removal from the group closes it, without notice and without any obligation to explain. AUV may also suspend or withdraw access from any individual at any time, including for breach of these terms.
6. Your Roblox account
Verification happens on Roblox’s own site. The portal never sees your password and will never ask for it — anything that does is not us, and you should report it. You are responsible for the security of your Roblox account, and for anything done through the portal by whoever is using it. You can revoke the portal’s access at any time in your Roblox account settings.
7. Availability
The portal is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults. It depends on Roblox’s services, and when those are unreachable the portal fails closed — it will refuse access rather than guess at your rank. Documents may be added, changed, or withdrawn at any time.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AUV Military Roleplay is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the portal. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
These terms may be revised. Substantive changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Privacy
What the portal collects and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Contact AUV command through the group [AUV] Training & Education Command on Roblox, or through the AUV Discord if you are a member of it. We aim to answer within a reasonable period, and we will tell you if a request needs longer.
